Study Of The Clinical Observation On Treating Piwei Qixu Type Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Jianpi Liuwei Decoction Combindend With Hydrotalcite Tablets And Teprenone

ObjectiveChronic superficial gastritis caused by different causes chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa is a common disease of gastroenterology.It belongs to "tomach pain" or "stomach" category in Chinese traditional medicine.The disease although not life-threatening,but always affects the patient's work and life.So how to improve the clinical efficacy of CSG treatment is the direction of our exploration,there is no special treatment of western medicine for the disease,but using Chinese medicine to treat CSG have the advantages of effective,less recurrence,low prices and less side effect.A large number of patients feedback that the Jianpi Liuwci decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and has no obvious adverse reactions.Therefore,the purpose of this study is:?The clinical research explores the clinical efficacy of the combination of Western medicine and Jianpi Liuweifang in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.? To explore the mechanism of the effect of this study.?Through the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment,to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.MethodFor 2016-7 to 2016-12 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Department of spleen and stomach disease in the clinic patients with chronic superficial gastritis,according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select 81 cases of Piwei Qixu type CSG patients were randomly divided into TCM group,Western group,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group.The three groups were given basic treatment such as healthy lifestyle education(see Appendix).The Chinese medicine group was given Jianpi Liuwei decoction,western medicine group was given teprenone and Hydrotalcite Tablets,Chinese and western medicine group was given Jianpi Liuwei decoction,teprenone and Hydrotalcite Tablets.4 weeks as a course of treatment,before and after the treatment of the three groups should be filled with the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale,to evaluate the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment in each group.Result1.Comparison of TCM Syndromes1.1 The three groups were compared before and after treatment for 4 weeksChinese and Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group have the curative effect about the epigastric pain,epigastric distention,belching,acid regurgitation,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,fatigue,limbs cold,loose stool eight symptoms.The change of three groups before and after treatment,has statistical significance.1.2 Comparison among the three groups after 4 weeks of treatmentChinese and Western medicine in epigastric distention,anorexia,limbs cold three symptoms has better effect than traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group.As for epigastric pain,belching,acid regurgitation,nausea and vomiting three symptoms,three groups showed no significant difference.The Chinese medicine group for fatigue,loose stools,the therapeutic effect is superior to the western medicine group.2.Comparison of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes among the three groupsAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 74.1%and the inefficiency rate was 25.9%.The total effective rate of western medicine group was 66.7%and the effective rate was 33.3%.The total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was 92.6%and the inefficiency rate was 7.4%.The total effective rate of the three groups was analyzed by nonparametric rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionThree groups can improve the symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis clinical symptoms(Pi we i Qixu type).Chinese and Western medicine in epigastric distention,anorexia,limbs cold three symptoms has better effect than traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group for fatigue,loose stools,the therapeutic effect is superior to the western medicine group.
