Clinical Research On Gui-jing Decoction Treating Premature Ejaculation With Heart Kidney Incoordination

Objective:To observe the clinical effect by Gui-jing decoction to cure PE with heart kidney incoordination; compare the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time,CIPE ppoints, traditional Chinease Medicine syndrome before and after treatment in patients; and evaluate the advantage of Gui-jing decoction treating PE.Method:Strictly according to random digit form, divide the90patients whose diagnose is PE with heart kidney incoordination into three groups:A group(traditional Chinese medicine group:29cases) treated by Gui-jing decoction, B group(Western medicine group:28cases) treated by Paroxetine Hydrochloride and C group(Chinese+Western medicine group:33cases) treated by Bi-huo decoction+Paroxetine Hydrochloride. Observe the clinical efficacy of three groups, the variation in scores of CIPE ppoints,intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT) and TCM syndrome before and1,2,3,4weeks after treatment.Result:Before treating, the all There groups have no obvious difference on the age, the graded condition, the symptom, sexual function, intravaginal ejaculatory latency time, TCM syndrome. After treating, three groups loss7example together. At the end,A group which have27patients show5clinical recovery,8excellent example,7effective example, and9invalid example(2lost), total efficient68.97%; B group which have26patients show4clinical recovery,7excellent example,7effective example, and10invalid example(2lost), total efficient64.29%.C group which have30patients show9clinical recovery,14excellence example,6effective example, and4invalid example(3lost), total efficient87.88%. Compared with the other two groups, the effect of C group is better, there is an obvious difference(P<0.05),while no significant difference between the other two groups. After4weeks of treatment, in improving the patient’s sexual function and intravaginal ejaculatory latency time, C group surpass the other two groups, the differences are remarkable (P<0.05),but have is no obvious difference between the other two groups; in improving patient’s TCM syndrome, A group and C group surpass B group,there are significant differences(P<0.01),while there is no significant difference between A group and C group.Conclusion:1,The clinical effect by Gui-jing decoction to cure PE with heart kidney incoordination is significant;2, Gui-jing decoction joint Paroxetine Hydrochloride can significantly improve the efficacy in treating PE;3, In improving patient’s clinical symptoms, Paroxetine Hydrochloride can’t substitute Gui-jing decoction.
