Clinical Observation Of Jiajian Qianghuoshengshi Decoction On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Through the observation of modified Jiajian Qianghuoshengshi Decoction on the improvement of early and middle stage rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis,the clinical curative effect of rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis was evaluated which will provide a new basis and choice for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in the Knee Joint Surgery Department of Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological hospital from October 2015 to October 2016.The patients included in the study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given 6 weeks of Jiajian Qianghuoshengshi Decoction,and the control group was treated with diacerein capsules for 6 weeks.Patient's 50 m walking knee pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,knee joint WOMAC index score,knee osteoarthritis symptom grading quantitative score and other efficacy evaluation indicators and related safety indicators were detected and recorded in the following time point:before the treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after the treatment.Nimodipine method was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the efficacy and difference between the two groups.Results:There was statistical difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and symptom score between different time points,that is to say,there was time effect(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and symptom score between the 2 groups,that is to say,there was grouping effect(P<0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score and symptom score were lower in experimental group compared to control group and there was statistical difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and symptom between the two groups(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in VAS score,WOMAC score and symptom score between the 2 groups after 6 weeks treatment(P>0.05).There was interaction between time factor and grouping factor(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the test group 3 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%.No statistical difference was found in total efficacy between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that there is a good effect for the treatment of early and middle stage rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis for Jiajian Qianghuoshengshi Decoction group and Diacerein Capsules group.These two treatment regimens can relieve the pain and improve the life quality of patients with KOA.Jiajian Qianghuoshengshi Decoction can provide a reference for the treatment of early and middle stage of rheumatoid knee osteoarthritis.
