The Clinical Research Of Using Yu Yin Zhi Beng Decoction In Treating Adolescent Anovulation Dysfuntional Uterine Bleeding Kidney-yin Defiency And Evidence Of Liver

Objective:To observe the Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction(YYZBD) intreating adolescent anovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding kidney-yindeficiency and evidence of liver and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:thetreatment group (30 cases, treated with YYZBD) and the control group(30cases, treated with Marvelon).Before and after treatment,observe the totaleffective rates,the changes of the hemostasis effect,the total sign andclinical symptoms,the change of Hb content,the time of PT and APTT,basal body temperature,half-yealy relapse rates and adverse drugreaction.Result:The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3℅,while that of the control group was 86.7%.There was no significantdifference between them(P＞0.05). The effective rate of the hemostasiseffect was 90℅,while that of the control group was 96.7℅.There issignificant difference between them(P＜0.05). YYZBD could improve thetotal effective of clinical symptoms,integral of clinical symptoms,increase the contents of HB,shorten time of PT and APTT,increase basalbody temperature.There are significant difference between pretreatmentand post-treatment in treatment group(P＜0.05).There is significantdifference between the treatment group and the control group aftertreatment(P＜0.05). The difference of half-yearly relapse rates issignificant difference compared with conrtol group(P＜0.05)。AndYYZBD do not have adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:YYZBD is e ffective in treating adolescent anovulationDysfunctional uterine bleeding with kidney and liver syndrome and improvingconcomitant symptom of patients. The hemostasia mechanism maybe achieved through the rugulation of hypothalamic -pituitary-ovarialaxis, the promotion of bloodcoagulation and hemostasisanti-baeteria and e l iminate inflammation and the enhancer of contents of HB.Long-term curative outcomes of YYZBD is better .And there is no adversedrug reaction.
