| Purpose: In the process of clinical research, we have investigated the effect and mechanism on treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory style with deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin.Method: 31 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory style with deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin were given GongXue Decoction, The total course lasted for three months. Symptom score of T.C.M, the amelioration of clinical symptom, Serum concentration of estrin(E2), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteotropic hormone(LH), and the change of basic animal heat were checked to observe the results. We compared the results before and after the treatments in order to observe the effect of GongXue Decoction.Results: The cure rate and markedly effective rate of the treated group were 67.74% and 16.13% respectively, and the total effective rate reached 93.55%. The effect was significant. More importantly, there was no obvious abnormal effect on the functions of liver, kidney and the blood system.Conclusion: It is sure that GongXue Decoction is medicable to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory style with deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin. |
