ObjectiveThis study by observing the assisted 1 party with abdominal needle therapy the clinical efficacy of ovulation obstructive infertility,mainly observed three treatment cycles patients after treatment of advantages,for the combination of acupuncture with medicine for the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility provide evidence-based basis modern research and explore new train of thought.MethodsSelect this topic into standard,a total of 90 patients with ovulation disorder infertility,is divided into three groups:needle medicine group(assisted 1 party with abdominal needle therapy),Chinese medicine group(assisted 1 side),acupuncture group(abdominal needle therapy),all patients taking western medicine g ’Finn.,follow the principle of DME and approaches to the study adopts the clinical randomized controlled trials,according to the systematic sampling method can be divided into groups,30 cases each group patients were treated for 3 months(3 cycles)and follow-up to 3 months after the end of the study,to observe and evaluate the indicators before and after the treatment of patients.Results(1)Total needle medicine group after treatment and follow-up of pregnancy rate compared to the traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference was statistically significant;Needle medicine group compared with acupuncture group ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,the difference was statistically significant;Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate there was no statistically significant difference.Needle medicine group and acupuncture group ovulation rate was no significant difference.Illustrate the needle medicine combination therapy can obviously increase the ovulation obstructive infertility patients in the short term,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate.(2)There was a significant difference in the difference between the period difference between the three groups of patients.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference of the difference between the period of ovulation and the difference of the period difference between the treatment and the treatment of the acupuncture group was thickness was found in the patients with the acupuncture group.It is suggested that the combination of Chinese herbal medicine and needle therapy can promote endometrial blood transport and promote abdominal needle treatment of ovulation disorder infertility,improve ovulation disorders in patients with endometrial blood flow,clinical symptoms,improve the quality of follicular development,improve
