| ObjectiveThis subject uses a randomized controlled method, the development of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to improve the blood deficiency and wind dryness atopic dermatitis sleep quality of clinical curative effect observation and evaluation of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on improving the blood deficiency and wind dryness atopic dermatitis sleep quality of the clinical efficacy and safety of and thus concluded that a definite effect and can be conducive to the promotion of combination of acupuncture and medicine program, thereby improving defer does not heal, repeated attacks of AD patients sleep quality.MethodsIn accordance with the standard collection, severe blood deficiency and wind dryness type into atopic dermatitis patients a total of 66 cases, using randomized controlled method to study, patients were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and pure Chinese medicine control group, were treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine treatment for 12 weeks. Before treatment and after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks treatment were recorded were compared before and after treatment of ad’score index (SCORAD), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), visual pruritus score (VAS), the state of sleep, self rating scale (SRSS) change and evaluation of acupuncture combined with the improvement of the clinical efficacy of blood deficiency and wind dryness ad sleep quality. The score of the patients were statistically evaluated according to the four criteria of efficacy (nimodipine), and the conclusion was drawn. Treatment plan: Combined acupuncture and medicine therapy group (Group A):Acupuncture, combined with routine skin care. The acupuncture used disposable sterile acupuncture needle, the specification is 0.20*25mm, 0.20*40mm, according to the patient’s obesity degree to choose the appropriate needle length. Acupuncture prescription:Quchi, Neiguan, Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Xuehai, Zhaohai acupoint prescription; addition and subtraction with the card.
