Clinical Study Of Yangyinlidan Decotion In Treating Chronic Cholecystitis And Cholecystitis With Deficiency Of The Liver-Yin

Ojective:to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Yangyinlidan Decoction in treating chronic cholecystitis and cholecystitis with Deficiency of the liver-yin.Method:60 Patients With chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups at random. Clinical Observation into treatment group(YangYinLiDan decoction)30 cases,the control group(Huisanliu tablets) 30 cases random observation of parallel control.Eight weeks were set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects and image of type-B ultrasonic of each group were observed during the course. Results:In the total efficiency rate of improving Clinical symptoms:the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 70.00%.In the efficency rate of improving the ultrasonography(US):the treatment group was 70.00%,the control group was 56.67%.Conclusion:There is remarkable curative efficiency of Yangyinlidan decoction in the treatment of chronic Cholecystitis and Cholecystitis with Deficiency of the liver-yin and not any any side effect in the process of cure chronic cholecystitis.
