Zhiqu Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Patients(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)after Coronary Artery Stent Implantation And Its Effect On PAPP-A Level

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Zhiquhuayu Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina(UA)(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)patients after coronary artery stent implantation(CASI)as well as its affect on PAPP-A level,in order to provide a certain idea for the treatment of such disease with the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: The enrolled patients were 60 inpatients diagnosed with UA applied by CASI was drug eluting stent(DES).The patients were randomly divided into two groups,one is the control group,which treated by conventional western medicine,the other is the treatment groupwhich utilized conventional western medicine + Zhiquhuayu decoction.The duration of treatment was 2 weeks.By observing the clinical efficacy and the level of PAPP-A of the two groups before and after treatment,we conducted a statistical analysis and drew conclusions.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of angina symptom scores and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The total effective rates of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes in the treatment group(90.00%,93.33%)were better than those in the control group(72.41%,79.31%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.With regard to the rate of nitroglycerin cessation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than that of the control group was 68.97%,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.With regard to the efficacy of improving of the electrocardiogram,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group was 82.76%,such result was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The PAPP-A,the PAPP-A value of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that of the group,which was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the value difference of the treatment group before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group,such result was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Zhiqu Huayu Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of UA(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after CASI and relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris.2.Zhiqu Huayu Decoction can reduce the value of PAPP-A,which may reduce the risk of restenosis and adverse cardiovascular events after CASI.
