Objective: To analyze left ventricular systolic function in young obese patients with hypertension by using 4-Dimensional auto left ventricular quantification, and to determine the value of 4D-LVQ in evaluating left ventricular systolic function in young obese patients with hypertension. Methods: To select 30 cases of young obese patients with hypertension, the young hypertensive patients in the group of 30 cases, the normal youth group of 30 cases,a total of 90 cases, the experimental group. The acquisition of transthoracic clear standard apical four chamber view to four full volume image data and storage, and the application of 4D-LVQ software for online analysis of left ventricle at different levels and the longtiudinal peak strain(longtiudinal peak strain,LS),circumferential peak strain(circumferential peak strain,CS),radial peak strain(radial peak strain,RS)and the area peak strain(area peak strain,AS)eye diagram, and compared strains of the three groups. Results: 1.Compared with the normal youth group,RS of youth hypertension group increased in the papillary muscle level, the apex level, the apicald level and the global level(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the different levels of the other segments..2.Compared with the normal youth group,LS of young obese patients with hypertension decreased in the mitral annulus level, the papillary muscle level and the global level(p<0.05);CS decreased in the mitral annulus level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05);RS decreased in the mitral annulus level, the papillary muscle level, the apex level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05);AS decreased in the mitral annulus level, the papillary muscle level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the different levels of the other segments.3.Compared with young hypertension group,LS of young obese patients with hypertension decreased in the mitral annulus level, the papillary muscle level, the apex level and the global level(p<0.05);CS decreased in the mitral annulus leve l,the apex level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05);RS decreased in the mitral annulus level, the papillary muscle level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05);AS decreased in the mitral annulus level, the apex and the global level(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the different levels of the other segments. Conclusion: The left ventricular systolic function of young obese patients with hypertension was decreased with normal LVEF in early stage.4D-LVQ technology can objectively, quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate the left ventricular global and regional myocardial function, which can be used as a reference index for early evaluation of cardiac dysfunction.
