Clinical Study On The Curative Effect Of Zishuiqingganyin In Treating 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Stagnation Heat-evil

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with syndrome of Yin deficiency and stagnation heat-evil treated by ZiShuiQingGanYin Decoction,observe the level changes on biochemical indicators before and after the treatment,such as Blood-glucose,Hemolglobin A1C(HbA1c),Fasting Insulin(FINS)and Insulin resistance index,objectively evaluate the treatment value of ZiShuiQingGanYin Decoction on type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients.Method:This research adopts the randomized controlled research method,92 cases of outpatients and patients with admission criteria from January 1,2016 to Octorber 31,2016,that are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,both of which have 46 patients.The treatment group would be treated with basic treatment and original Western medicine and ZiShuiQingGanYin Decoction,while the control group would be treated with basic treatment and original western medicine.After treatment for three months,it aims to observe the index changes,such as Fasting Blood-glucose,2h Postprandial Blood-glucose,Fasting Insulin and Insulin resistance index and then evaluates the curative effect.Result:1,two groups had 92 patients in total,46 in treatment group and 46 in control group.The treatment group conducted 45 cases and control group conducted 43 cases,with the drop ratio being 4.35%.The total effective rate:for the treatment of type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with Ysyndrome of Yin deficiency and stagnation heat-evil,for treatment group,it was significantly effective in 4 cases,effective in 28 cases and invalid in 13 cases,and the total effective rate was 71.11%,for control group,it was significantly effective in 0 cases,effective in 23 cases and invalid in 23 cases,and the total effective rate was 53.49%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.TCM clinical symptom improvement rate:in treatment group,11 cases of were cured,17 cases were effective,11 cases were markedly,6 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 86.67%;in control group,0 cases of were cured,3 cases were effective,17 cases were markedly,23 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 46.51%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Laboratory index:after treatment,the Fasting Blood-glucose,2h Postprandial Blood-glucose,Fasting Insulin(FINS)and Insulin resistance index in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05);4.Safety:after treatment,liver function,renal function,blood routine examination and Electrocardiogram were in the normal range in both groups,and there were no obvious adverse reactions such as stomachache,diarrhea,vomiting and allergies.Conclusion:the treatment of ZiShuiQingGanYin Decoction is effective in patients with type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with syndrome of Yin deficiency and stagnation heat-evil.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and safe and effective,which has a certain application prospect and is worthy of further study.
