Effects Of Rensenyangrong Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure With TCM Type Of Cardiopulmonary Qi-deficiency Accompliced By Iron Deficiency Anemia

Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Heart Function of Rensenyangrong Decoction on patients with Cardiopulmonary Qi-Deficiency type of Chronic Heart Failure with Iron Deficiency Anemia,and to provide new Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Iron Deficiency Anemia.Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,that diagnosed as Chronic Heart Failure with Iron Deficiency Anemia(TCM syndrome Cardiopulmonary Qi-Deficiency),were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-Heart Failure western medicine:Beta-blockers(Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets(Betaloc)23.75-47.5 mg qd);Aldosterone Antagonist(Spironolactone 20-40 mg qd);Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)(Perindopril(Agresta)4-8 mg qd);Complications were given symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with anti-Heart Failure medicine,as the same time treated with Traditional Chinese medicine:Renshenyangrong decoction twice a-day.The course of treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical curative effect,the changes of heart function,NT-proBNP,Hb,HFEI,Transferring Saturation and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores were observed before and after treatment.The liver and kidney function and its adverse reactions were monitored.The result will use SPSS 20 statistical software for data analysis.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the age,sex,primary disease,NT-proBNP,Hb,Transferring Saturation,NYHA and HFEI in the two groups(P>0.05).2.Both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,compared with the control group,the improvement of treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).3.Both groups can improve NT-proBNP,HFEI,Transferring Saturation and NYHA,compared with the control group,the improvement of treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05).4.Two groups of patients were successfully completed the test,there was no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions:1.Renshenyangrong Decoction on patients with Chronic Heart Failure(TCM type of cardiopulmonary Qi-Deficiency)compliced by Iron Deficiency Anemia can better reduce the clinical symptoms and improve NT-proBNP,NYHA,HFEI,better than conventional anti-Heart Failure treatment group.2.Renshenyangrong Decoction on patients with Chronic Heart Failure(TCM type of cardiopulmonary Qi-Deficiency)compliced by Iron Deficiency Anemia can better improve the Hb,Transferring Saturation,better than conventional anti-Heart Failure treatment group.3.Efficacy observation of Renshenyangrong Decoction process no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,so its good security.
