Objective:This study was to investigate the correlation of Zongqi index(ZQI)and metabolic equivalent(MET),oxygen uptake(VO2)and oxygen pulse(O2pulse)in cardiopulmonary exercise test in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to further verify the correlation of ZQI in evaluating cardiopulmonary function.In order to provide an scientific empirical basis for the evaluation of the effect of the theory of disease diagnosis and treatment.Methods:In this study,59 patients with coronary heart disease were selected according to the inclusion criteria in Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine..We measured the ZQI of the subject using a headset instrument.At the same time,we used the cardiopulmonary function meter to measure MET,VO2,O2pulse.We obtained three sets of values according to the cardiopulmonary exercise test program:MET-1,VO2-1,O2pulse-1,and ZQI-1 are obtained from the "warm-up phase" to the "movement phase",The change nodes of the are MET-2,VO2-2,O2pulse-2,and ZQI-2 are obtained from the "movement phase" to "recovery phase",and the third set of data is the absolute value of the difference between the data of the two nodes,namely,MET difference,VO2 difference,O2pulse difference and ZQI difference.We use the epidata database for data entry and collation.In the end,we used multivariate linear regression analysis to investigate the relationship between ZQI(ZQI-1,ZQI-2,ZQI difference)and MET(MET-1,MET-2,MET difference),V02(VO2-1,VO2-2,VO2 difference),O2pulse(O2pulse-1,O2pulse-2,O2pulse difference).We examine the correlation between the factors affecting cardiopulmonary function and the variables in the model equation.So that we verify the model equation we have developed.Result:1.General:A total of 59 cases were included.There were 46 males(78.0%),13 females(22.0%),and their ratio was 3.54:1.They aged from 29 to 84 years old.Their mean value age is(60±11.58)years old.Subjects had a BMI of(18.6-30.8)Kg/m2 with an average of(24.7 ±2.79)Kg/m2.And there were 19 cases(32.2%)in coronary heart disease conservative treatment group,33 cases(55.9%)after PCI,6 cases(10.2%)after CABG group,In addition,one of the subjects had previously received CABG surgery,and then received the PCI in 6 months after CABG.The combined diseases include circulatory system diseases,respiratory diseases,metabolic diseases,motor-related diseases and renal insufficiency.Of the subjects,there were 3 cases without medication for the last 1 months,and the remaining 56 subjects had taken 1 to 9 kinds of medication in the past 1 months.Among them,41 cases(69.5%)were taking beta-blockers and 18(30.5%)did not use beta-blockers2.Correlation Analysis of ZQI with MET,VO2 and O2pulse and Model Validation:ZQI has a moderate correlation with VO2 and O2pulse,and we can develop three models as:?(ZQI-1)=85.826-0.127 ×(V02-1)+9.172 ×(O2pulse-1).In this model,V02-1 and 02pulse-1 have a similar effect on ZQI-1.?(ZQI-2)= 26.987-0.097×(VO2-2)+12.095×(O2pulse-2).In this model,VO2-2 has a greater effect on ZQI-2.?(ZQI difference)=-34.431-0.071 ×(VO2 difference)+8.809 ×(O2pulse difference).In this model,the VO2 difference has a greater effect on the ZQI difference.BMI was negatively correlated with ZQI-1 and positively correlated with VO2-1.Age was positively correlated with ZQI-2 and negatively correlated with VO2-2 and O2pulse-2.Conclusion:? There was a correlation between ZQI and VO2 and O2pulse,and less correlated with MET.ZQI can be used to assess cardiopulmonary function.? In this study,BMI and age were common factors of ZQI and VO2.
