ObjectiveTo provide reference for the secondary prevention in patients with ischemic stroke, this study was to investigate the relationship between TCM Constitution and risk factors for intervention in patients with ischemic stroke.MethodsThrough a questionnaire survey of 150 cases of ischemic stroke in patients were rehabilitated in February 2016 to February 2017 with encephalopathy Department of The second people Hospital of Fujian Province, and records of patients were detected with general demographic data and intervention physiological risk factors(including hypertension, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, atrial fibrillation, high homocysteine,en). The nine types of physical constitution of Wang Qi were determined it and analysis.Results1.In this study,150 patients with ischemic stroke were more male than female, and the number of primary and secondary school students was higher. The intervention physiological risk factors in this study,126 patients with hypertension,55 with diabetes and carotid atherosclerosis in 118 cases,32 cases of hyperhomocysteinemia,60 cases of hyperlipidemia,23 cases of atrial fibrillation,35 cases of hyperuricemia. In terms of the association between the risk factors for intervention and gender, men with carotid atherosclerosis and hyperhomocysteinemia were more common than women(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.To determine the Wang Qi nine constitution classification, the study of phlegm dampness in 40 cases(26.7%),39(26%)cases of qi deficiency, yin deficiency in 31 cases(20.7%),11 cases of damp heat(7.3%),10 cases of Yang deficiency(6.7%),9 cases of Qi Stagnation(6%),9 cases of blood stasis(6%),1 cases of Specificity(0.7%),mild physical of 0 cases. There was no difference in the distribution of TCM Constitution(except for mild physical)in different genders(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of phlegm dampness and Qi deficiency, phlegm dampness and yin deficiency in the cholesterol(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.In the Constitution(except Specificity and mild physical)and single factor intervention between physiological risk factors analysis,is closely related to the study of Qi and yang asthenia and hyperuricemia(P<0.05,OR=3.37),is closely related to yin deficiency and diabetes(P<0.05,OR=5.59).There was no correlation between the constitution types and the risk factors of intervention physiology(P>0.05).4.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Phlegm,Qi deficiency, yin deficiency constitution and intervention of physiological risk factors,Qi deficiency and hyperuricemia, yin deficiency and diabetes mellitus, there was a positive correlation(P<0.05,OR=3.49,95%C.I(1.466,8.307)),(P<0.05,OR=3.103,95%C.I(1.260,7.641)).Conclusion1.There are three types of ischemic stroke, such as phlegm dampness,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency, which may be helpful to guide the prevention of ischemic stroke in the two stage. At the same time, there was no difference in the distribution of the other eight kinds of physical fitness between different genders except for the quality and quality. In addition, the distribution of these three types of physical and chemical indicators in the cholesterol, low density lipoprotein in the phlegm wet,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency distribution.2.In ischemic stroke patients, the correlation between TCM Constitution of patients with ischemic stroke and intervention of physiological risk factors, physiological intervention in different physical types of risk factors are different, there is a close relationship between Qi deficiency and yin deficiency, hyperuricemia and diabetes prevention, through clinical physical identification on ischemic stroke patients may provide a reference and guidance ischemia for recurrent stroke intervention are risk factors of Physiology.
