Objective:To evaluate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the prognosis and outcome of this disease by using Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Western Medicine Trees for the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in the hypothyroidism(spleen and kidney yang deficiency).Methods:65 patients with Hashimoto 's thyroiditis were divided into control group and treatment group by TCM syndrome differentiation and spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.65 patients with Hashimoto 's thyroiditis were divided into control group and treatment group by TCM syndrome differentiation and spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.Treatment group of 33 cases, the control group of 32 cases.Treatment group of 33 cases, the control group of 32 cases. The patients were enrolled from the Department of Endocrinology and the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016.The control group received oral rituxi(1 day, treatment of 12 weeks),the treatment group on the basis of oral western medicine combined with warm acupuncture treatment(temperature acupuncture moxibustion every other day,3 times a week, treatment of 12 weeks)All patients were assessed symptom scores measured, measured before and after treatment of thyroid autoantibodies(TGAb,TPOAb),before treatment, after 6 weeks of treatment and thyroid hormone levels after the end of treatment(TT4,FT4,TSH),were compared study During the total amount of medication, collation of clinical data collected, and the use of SPSS20.0 software,statistics,analysis.Results:1.After 1 courses of treatment,TCM syndrome scores, the two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms were improved, the group were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment g roup in improving the symptoms was significantly better than the control Group(P<0.05).2.Thyroid autoantibodies, the treatment group before and after treatment decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),no significant decline in the control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the treatment group compared between groups prefe ably In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Tyroid hormone levels, before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01);two groups before treatment and improvement TT4,FT4 after 6 weeks of treatment was not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and After 6 weeks of treatment,TSH improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The improvement of thyroid hormone level in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the total dose required(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with thalidomide in the treatment of Hashimoto 's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism has a good clinical effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of HT patients with hypothyroidism, improve thyroid hormone levels, but in reducing thyroid autoantibodies, simple Western medicine can not significantly improve the level of antibody, and warm acupuncture combined with Western medicine can significantly reduce the antibody titer.Warming moxibustion improves the quality of life by improving the quality of life by improving the immune function of HT patients, and improves the autoimmune, and thus delay the progress of the disease, which has positive significance to the prognosis of the disease.
