Stage Treatment For Near And Long Term Observation Of "Fengtanhuare" Type Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:Through the observation of staging diagnosis and treatment of children with cough variant asthma(FengTanHuaRe type)close,long-term efficacy,to explore the control effect of staging treatment of FengTanHuaRe type CVA recurrence,To clarify the role of CVA in the prevention of asthma.Methods:This study adopts randomized controlled study method,collected in our hospital with pediatric cough variant asthma(FengTanHuaRe type)60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with staging treatment and divided into three stages.The control group was treated with western medicine.Two groups of cough symptoms were observed and scored according to cough symptoms.Observe whether there was recurrence or wheezing in the two groups after 3 months of treatment.The two groups of treatment after the situation for statistical treatment,get the conclusion.Results:(1)The two groups of treatment could reduce the cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score,But the experimental group in the cough symptom score effective rate(86.67%),in the TCM syndrome score effective rate(83.33%);In the control group,the effective rate of cough symptom score(60.00%),the effective rate of TCM syndrome score(56.67%).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the treatment of cough variant asthma;Indicating that the experimental group in reducing the cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score is better than the control group.(2)In the long-term cough symptom control,the two groups of methods have a certain number of cases of cough symptoms recurrence or wheezing,and the experimental group cough recurrence or wheezing cases were significantly lower than the control group recurrence or wheezing cases;There was statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group.Indicating that the experimental group in the long-term cough symptom control is better than the control group.Conclusion:The two groups of treatment of FengTanHuaRe type cough variant asthma have definite curative effect,There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the treatment of cough variant asthma,Therefore,staging treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma(FengTanHuaRe type)is better than Western medicine treatment group.And in the long-term cough symptom control,the experimental group effect is better than the control group,has the effectiveness and safety,has the clinical value.
