Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma From Liver-Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Children Cough Variant Asthma (Liver Fire Attacking Lung Type) With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:On the basis of literature collation,A overall and deep discussion was made on the treatment of cough variant asthma“from the liver treatment,”,And then explain the role of this theory in clinical applications.As a guide,To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiefei Pinggan decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(liver fire attacking lung type),For the treatment of the disease to provide theoretical guidance and new ideas.Methods:Form Chengdu University of TCM 64 cases of children with cough variant asthma(liver fire attacking lung type)diagnostic criteria for outpatient children as the object of study,Randomly divided into two groups,including observation group of 31 cases,the control group of 33 cases.Observation group using Xiefei Pinggan Decoction + montelukast sodium;control group using montelukast sodium;treatment were 2 weeks.The data of the two observation groups were recorded and collected.Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS software for statistical analysis..Results:1、Baseline analysis:There were no statistically significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,duration of first visit,and secondary symptom scores in the two observation groups(P>0.05),have comparable。2、Efficacy analysis:(1)Group comparison: Compared the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and scores of the two groups before and after treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Show that the two groups for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(liver fire attacking lung type)the main symptoms and secondary symptoms were effective.Comparison of total scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),have comparable,Indicating that the two groups of methods can improve children with cough symptoms.(2)Comparison between groups:The main symptoms of the two groups after treatment:the degree and frequency of cough vary(P<0.05),have comparable.It showed that the curative effect and frequency of treatment group were better than that of control group.but for changing the cough time(P >0.05),there was no difference between the two groups,and it was not statistically significan.Two groups of secondary symptoms after treatment:Compared with sputum,throat itching,dry throat pain,irritability,irascibility,mouth odor and secondary symptoms(P<0.05),have comparable,It shows that the treatment group treatment of sputum,throat itching,dry throat pain,irritability,rascibility,mouth odor and total symptom score than the control group;But in the case of bowel movement(P >0.05),there was no difference.(3)Comparison of overall efficacy:After treatment,the total curative effect between the two groups has statistical difference(P <0.05)The treatment group showed that the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(liver fire attacking lung type)in improving the total curative effect of Chinese Medicine syndrome and disease were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The theory of liver treatment of children with cough variant asthma and diarrhea lung Xiefei Pinggan decoction in the treatment of children with anemia,pulmonary cough variant asthma clinical efficacy is significant,and safe and reliable.
