Research objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture dai channel on treating the dyskinesia of core muscles after apoplexia.Research method:According to the principle of random grouping,60 patients are randomly distributed into control group and experimental group.Patients from the control group are applied with conventional acupuncture and rehabilitation training on the basis of medical treatment,while the patients from experimental group are applied with electroacupuncture dai channel(dai channel,Wushu and Weidao)on the basis of the control group.The treatment time for the experimental group is 30min per tine and a hand-manipulating of needle will be applied every 10 min.The treatment will be 6 times for every week and four weeks contributes a course of treatment.Both of the two groups accepts a four-week course of treatment,evaluation and detection on the Holden walking function classification,modified Barthel index,lower limb motor function FMA and DIERS formetric III 4D trunk imbalance value will be carried out before treatment,one week/two weeks/four weeks after the treatment.Research Results:(1)Research result on Holden walking function classification shows that the experiment group and control group don't have statistical difference(P>0.05)on the comparison of Holden walking function classification after one week treatment.After two weeks treatment,they still don't have statistical difference(P>0.05)on the comparison of Holden walking function classification.After four weeks treatment,they have statistical difference(P<0.05)on the comparison of Holden walking function classification.The Holden walking function classification of experiment group and control group has a linear variation trend(P<0.05)with time.(2)Research result on MBI shows that among the multivariate test results for experiment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,evaluation of MBI for patients in the two groups doesn't have statistical difference(P>0.05)after one and two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn't have statistical difference after one week and two weeks treatment.The P value vi of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(3)Evaluation result of lower limb motor function FMA shows that among the multivariate test results for experiment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,evaluation of lower limb motor function FMA for patients in the two groups doesn't have statistical difference(P>0.05)after one and two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn't have statistical difference after one week and two weeks treatment.The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(4)Inspection result of DIERS formetric ? 4D trunk imbalance value shows that among the multivariate test results for experiment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,DIERS formetric III 4D trunk imbalance value for patients in the two groups doesn't have statistical difference after one and two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn't have statistical difference after one week and two weeks treatment The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(5)After the course of treatment,it's observed that the electroacupuncture dai channel has significant improvement on the lower limb spasticity for the experiment group.After a preliminary comparative analysis,the experiment group and control group has statistical difference on the effective cases of improving the lower limb spasticity.Conclusion;Electroacupuncture dai channel can significantly improve the dyskinesia of core muscles after apoplexia.
