Clinical Observation Of Electroacupuncture Therapy’s Effect With SEMG In Treating Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: Observe the sEMG effect of electroacupuncture therapy on neckmuscle, in order to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture therapy intreatment of neck muscle fatigue.Methods: All the patients are treated with electroacupuncture therapy.Evaluate the patients with sEMG before the treatment, after the firsttreatment and after one-course treatment. And evaluate the patients withSF-MPQ before and after one-course treatment, then analyze the correlationof sEMG changes and SF-MPQ changes.Results: There are significant differences for RMS and SF-MPQ’s pointsbefore and after the treatment(P<0.05). There is no correlation between RMSchanges and SF-MPQ changes(P>0.05).Conclusion: Electroacupuncture therapy can obviously improve neck musclefatigue of cervical spondylosis patients. As a noninvasive and objectiveevaluation method, sEMG has a broad application prospect.
