Professor Taohanhua’s Reserch On Apoplexia Treatment Based On The Harmony Thought

Objective:Through sorting out and summarizing Professor Tao Hanhua’s academic thought,characteristics and clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of apoplexy under the guidance of he he thought,and inheriting his academic experience of the application of he he thought in the treatment of apoplexyMethods:In this paper,using the research methods of literature research,theoretical discussion and clinical experience summary,taking the thought of harmony as the starting point,the author analyzes Professor Tao Hanhua’s academic thought,characteristics and experience in the application of harmony in the treatment of apoplexy from the perspective of pathogenesis,syndrome and medicine.Results:Professor Tao Hanhua’s understanding of the idea of harmony originated from classic works such as Huangdi’s Internal Classic,treatise on febrile diseases,synopsis of the golden chamber,and introduced it into the dialectical treatment of apoplexy.He proposed the holistic view of harmony of the five zang organs,the self-healing view based on righteousness,and the therapeutic view of supporting the healthy and removing pathogenic factors.He took the two Zang organs of the liver and the spleen as the core to regulate the five zang organs,and used multiple methods to treat apoplexy.Conclusion:Professor Tao Hanhua’s syndrome differentiation and treatment system of apoplexy takes "integrity","coordination","compliance" and "inclusiveness" as the core guidance,and emphasizes prevention as the main part of apoplexy.First,the diet should be strict with five flavors and reasonable diet;second,emotional harmony and psychological balance;third,the combination of work and rest and proper exercise.In this way,people can be really smooth and peaceful.For the treatment of apoplexy,we should emphasize the harmony of the five zang organs,especially the liver and spleen;the treatment and medication should be combined,cold and heat should be used together,rise and fall should be used together,tonic and diarrhea should be applied together,hemostasis and blood circulation should be adjusted together,so as to make the apoplexy patients recover from the combination of yin and Yang.
