ObjectiveDesign a clinical practical application manual,provide maintenance hemodialysis patients with a more intuitive,more convenient tool to operation and scientific reasonable control the amount of liquid,and improve maintenance hemodialysis patient compliance control fluid intake,reducing the complications of chronic renal failure and maintaining hemodialysis,improve the quality of the patient's survival,reduce the economic burden of their families.Subjects and MethodsThis study selected for hemodialysis treatment in a hospital in Shandong Province,the cases are 60.these cases were divided into two groups.30 cases in the intervention group received Manual control fluid for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis to intake fluid,the control group received routine nursing care in 30 cases.The scores of IDWG were recorded,interdialytic weight gain values were assessed in experimental group and control group of maintenance hemodialysis patients with interval weight gain/dry weight changes observed in maintenance hemodialysis patients with fluid intake compliance,the ratio is more than 5%for the liquid intake of poor compliance,the ratio is less than or equal to 4.99%for liquid intake compliance good.The instruments include demographic questionnaire,IDWG.The data were collected and then input the statistic software after logical cheek strictly.The Abstract SPSS 19.0 was used to analyse the data.The statistic methods included descriptive Statistical analysis,t-test.Compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results60 patients undergoing hemodialysis were selected conveniently,3 patients were lost for the reason of transfer illness progression or death,so 57 patients were remained,29 patients in the intervention group and 28 patients in the control group.1.Independent t test show that two groups of patients before intervention period between the two groups of patients with dialysis compared weight gain.The results showed no statistical significance(P=0.231>0.05)2.Independent t test show that there were statistically diference in patients' IDWG in the pre-post intervention between two group(P=0.024<0.05).And descriptive statistics of mean IDWG ofintervention group was(2.47±0.92)kg,which was to(2.00±0.75)kg(decreased by 0.47kg)after 12 weeks.The mean value of IDWG/dry weight in the experimental group was reduced from 5.23%to 4.17%.after intervention.Paired t test show that there was statistically significant diference(P<0.05)in it.3.Two groups of patients before and after the intervention fluid intake compliance situation is:12 weeks after intervention,the experimental group patients fluid intake compliance is better than that of control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of this study is to design the manual liquid restriction can effectively restrict the fluid intake in maintenance hemodialysis patients,,control of dialysis patients with maintenance hemodialysis interphase weight gain,reduce the complications,liquid uptake of patients with hemodialysis,improve the quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and satisfaction.
