With the rapid improvement of economic level,people's demand for medical services is also gradually rising,and patients' demand for medical treatment is no longer just "sick can be treated".The concept of medical institutions has also changed from "therapeutic effect centered" to "patientcentered".In this general trend,medical institutions must strengthen their understanding of patient satisfaction.Because China has not formed a complete set of patient satisfaction evaluation tools,various index systems are not perfect,and medical institutions also lack the ability of professional analysis of data.Therefore,this paper takes third-level hospitals in guangdong province as the research object,and combines the decision tree C4.5 algorithm to build a patient satisfaction model to help medical institutions effectively manage patient satisfaction.The model is verified by taking XX tertiary hospital as an example,and it is concluded that the three indicators of technical level,doctor-patient communication and medical cost have the largest impact on the patient satisfaction of XX tertiary hospital.Firstly,on the basis of integrating the domestic and foreign literature and the characteristics of patients in third-level hospitals in guangdong province,this paper initially constructed a set of patient satisfaction index system,and used expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to assign the weight of each first-level index.Secondly,according to the characteristics of patient satisfaction evaluation,the decision tree C4.5 algorithm is improved,and the improved decision tree C4.5 algorithm is used to construct the patient satisfaction model with Python tools,and the 10-fold cross-validation method is used to verify the accuracy of the model.Thirdly,taking XX tertiary hospital as an example,the model was applied in detail,and the three most important indicators affecting the degree of inpatient satisfaction in XX tertiary hospital were obtained: technical level,doctor-patient communication and medical expenses.Finally,the obtained results are discussed and analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are provided for the future improvement of service direction and doctor-patient relationship of XX tertiary hospital.
