With the economic and social development, people's living standards continue to improve, the demand of education, health care, culture and other public service facilities is also rising, but the basic public service supply and configuration uneven contradictions obvious. As an important component of public service facilities, the rational planning of medical service facilities can not only provide convenient medical treatment, but also improve the level of the city public service and promote the integration of urban and rural development.Based on the theory of accessibility, this paper takes the medical service facilities in Wuhan city center as the research object, uses GIS spatial analysis technology as the support, taking into account the efficiency and the balance,as the precondition the evaluation of the accessibility and equivalence of the medical facilities, this paper would organization optimization layout recommendations.(1)Through the field research, data collection and processing, including the establishment of administrative divisions, population distribution, road transport network, medical service facilities and other space elements of the medical treatment of the city of Wuhan City Center for the study area, the author completed the following research work:Service database.(2)Using the Thiessen polygons model and the improved gravitational potential model to evaluate the spatial accessibility of medical service of 1097 residential areas in the central city.(3)Using the spatial clustering analysis method to evaluate the spatial equalization level of medical service, the non-spatial equalization level of medical service was evaluated based on Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient and service overlap rate, and the medical service Short-zone,to explore its distribution characteristics and the formation of the reasons.(4)Based on the above analysis results, this paper uses the location allocation model to optimize and adjust the irrational situation of medical facilities in central city of Wuhan, and puts forward some suggestions. The main findings and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The overall level of spatial reachability of medical facilities in Wuhan Central City is higher. And has the characteristics of the Hanjiang River and the Yangtze River Interchange as the core.At the same time, the spatial distribution of the number and quality of medical facilities is significantly imbalance.(2)The spatial accessibility of medical services has a high degree of global autocorrelation, showing a high level of spatial clustering.According to the local clustering situation, the medical service level of the study area can be divided into four types:balanced type, high enjoyment type, low enjoyment type and lag type. The distribution characteristics show that there is a gap between the equivalence of medical services in Wuhan central city, the city core area residents can get more convenience, and higher level of medical conditions, but the edge of the city's medical services unsatisfactory. At the same time, medical institutions are more balanced by geographical distribution than geographical distribution. But the different levels of hospitals all have a high overlap rate, indicating that the central city of medical facilities may be have the overflow problems, leading to duplication of construction and utilization of low and other issues highlighted.(3)The existing medical facilities can basically meet the global medical needs, but the Qingshan District and Hanyang District have the problem of medical shortages, still need to strengthen the two areas' medical facilities.Combined with the reachability of spatial analysis and evaluation of the results of equalization, select 24 candidate construction points of hospital facilities.Compared with the healthcare accessibility before optimization, the overall healthcare accessibility can be ameliorated effectively.
