The Distribution Of Rehabilitation Institutions For Children With Cerebral Palsy And The Status Quo Of TCM Treatment And Rehabilitation

Objective: To investigate the distribution of rehabilitation institutions for children with cerebral palsy and the status quo of TCM treatment and rehabilitation,and the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods:To census the basic information of medical institutions of 30 provinces in Chinese mainland and the 679 selected literature related to Chinese medicine research of cerebral palsy by the application of frequency analysis and cluster analysis,and to make the chart to get the application research situation of TCM treatment and rehabilitation technology of the treatment of CP in the China mainland.Results:Through the analysis of the basic information of 602 medical institutions located in the provinces and municipalities in the China mainland,we can know that there is a lack of medical resources in some areas,and there is still a lack of overall medical resources of cerebral palsy.The medical institutions which still have 36.5% institutions without treatment of cerebral palsy,are the core uint of China mainland medical resources.The independent institutions of cerebral palsy account for only 10.7% in Medical institutions,and 58.1% cerebral palsy rehabilitation are assigned to the children's rehabilitation center or the Department of rehabilitation,while only 7.5% maternal and child health hospitals is independent institutions of CP rehabilitation.It is not conducive to the early discovery,early intervention,early treatment of cerebral palsy at largely,which has become the main reason of disability in children.The survey found that in the treatment of cerebral palsy,77.2% of the institutions put traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation techniques into use,and the most commonly used techniques are acupuncture and massage therapy.Through the specific analysis of literature research of cerebral palsy about TCM treatment for nearly 6 years,we found that the research on acupuncture and massage is dominant,have reached 72% of the total amount of the literature in 2015, and ofen choose the acupoint of hand-foot Sanyang meridians.More than 60% of study research the combined model of the traditional Chinese medicine and the rehabilitation.Clinical study is lacking in curative effect evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine external treatment are more common than the oral Chinese medicine in the literature research and clinical application.The 82.9% drugs of acupoint injection are foreign medicine injection,while the use of Chinese medicine extraction agent are little.Conclusion: 1.Medical resources are not evenly distributed.More than 50% institutions in 7 provinces do not involve cerebral palsy treatment,while those in Henan,Guangxi,Shaanxi,Sichuan and Anhui provinces are relatively rich in resources for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy.2.The overall medical resources of cerebral palsy is still lacking.The general hospital and maternal and Child Health Hospital are lack of independent departments of cerebral palsy.36.5% of the medical institutions without diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy,and independent departments of cerebral palsy of medical institutions account for only 10.7%.3.When the introduction of foreign advanced technology,we should develop the traditional rehabilitation techniques,to take the greatest advantage of combining traditional Chinese with Western medicine.Combination of Chinese traditional and Western rehabilitation model has become the mainstream rehabilitation model.Traditional Chinese medicine should be more widely promoted.4.The effect of acupuncture and massage is generally recognized on medical institutions,and the research and evaluation of other traditional rehabilitation techniques should be strengthened.5.To strengthen the research and popularization of the evaluation system of TCM curative effect,providing powerful scientific research support for the clinical application of TCM technology.6.Under the premise of the research on the safety of drugs,we can develop the new dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine and new technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
