The Research Of Correlation In Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis In Chengdu Area And TCM Constitution

Object?Through investigating the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients in Chengdu area,we statistical and analysis the correlation in chronic non-atrophic gastritis in Chengdu area and TCM constitution,to provide a clinical basis for TCM to prevent and control CNAG.Methods:We adopted the method of questionnaire survey, collected 204 cases of patients with CNAG by the electronic fiber gastroscope diagnosis from our hospital. According to the constitution classification and decision criteria published by institute of Chinese medicine of TCM in 2009,estimated the TCM constitution of the patients with Qi deficiency constitution,phlegmy wet mass, Qi depression, Yang deficiency,mass of damp and hot, Yin deficiency, blood stasis, especially the great mass, peaceful mass constitution,used the Excel database to establish the general data of patients and physical types and adopted SPSS23.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis, to analyze the correlation of the gender, age, occupation, duration and HP infection situation of patients with the TCM constitution type.Results:1.We collected 204 cases of non-atrophic gastritis patients.Among them,23 persons (representing 11.28%) were peaceful quality while the other 181 persons (representing 88.73%) were biased quality which includes 48 persons (representing 23.53%) in Yang deficiency as the most,31 persons (representing 15.20%) in Hot and Humid, a total of 27 persons (representing 13.24%) in Qi depression,22 persons (representing 10.78%) in Qi deficiency,21 persons (representing 10.29%)in phlegmy wet mass,18 persons (representing 8.82%)in Yin deficiency,12 persons (representing 5.88%)in blood stasis,2 persons (representing 0.98%)in especially the great mass. 2.Hot and humid,peaceful mass constitution were significantly more in male than that in women while Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi depression constitution were more common in female.3.Hot and humid, Qi depression quality were more in youth than elderly group while Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood stasis quality were more in the elderly group.4.Peaceful quality,Yang deficiency,hot and humid,Qi depression constitution were more commonly in course of less than 5 years than course of 5 to 10 years and more than 10 years.Yin deficiency and phlegmy wet were more commonly in course of 5 to 10 years than course of less than 5 years and more than 10 years while course of more than 10 years with blood stasis quality were more than other two groups.5.Peaceful quality and blood stasis constitution were significantly more in HP negative patients than that in HP positive patients while Yang deficiency,damp and hot,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution were more common in HP positive patients than in HP negative patients.6.There was no different in physical distribution profession with chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients.Conclusion:Through the Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients in Chengdu area of traditional Chinese medicine physique survey shows that Yang deficiency, damp and hot, qi depression is the main constitution type of CNAG patients ? It has significant differences in different gender, age, course and HP infection of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients'constitution.Through the study of the physical identification of patients and the specific health guidance, to correct the biased constitution, has important value to prevent the CNAG.
