The Clinical Observation Of Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang On Treating Primary Dysmenorrheal Of Xu Han Xing

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang on treating Primary dysmenorrheal of Xu Han Xing.Methods:Selected 33 cases of Primary dysmenorrheal from Professor women clinic in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These cases were accorded with the inclusion criteria from August 2014 to March 2016. The Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang were given in commonly menstruation comes. These patients took three courses altogether. Then observed three menstrual cycles in succession. Respectively gave a mark about symptom score, VAS, TCM symptoms and signs score before treatment and after the first, second, three menstrual cycle of dysmenorrheal. And observed symptom score changes, clinical symptoms and signs score changes with dysmenorrhea before and after treatment in patients. In order to evaluate the change of dysmenorrhea symptom of Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang on treating Primary dysmenorrheal of Xu Han Xing.Result:After the treatment: ?the comparation of symptom:among 33 cases,12 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.96%. ?the comparation of TCM symptoms and signs:among 33 cases,6 cases were cured,7cases were markedly effective,19cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.96%.?the comparation of VAS:among 33 cases,12 cases were cured,6cases were markedly effective,13cases were effective,2cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.9%.?During treatment did not appear any harmful response.Conclusion:It was found that Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang had beneficial effects on Primary dysmenorrheal of Xu Han Xing. It can significantly reduce dysmenorrhea symptoms, signs and symptoms of Chinese medicine points. The Xinjia Aifu Nuangongtang is a safe and effective prescription.
