The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Tubercular And Cystic Acne By Combined Haizaoyuhu Decoction And Burning Needle

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and security of tubercular and cystic acne by combined haizaoyuhu decoction and burning needle, to analysis of mechanism of this therapy and explore the practical applicability, in order to provide objective clinical basis.Methods:66 patients were recruited from dermatological outpatient of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital with same inclusion and exclusion criteria in February 2015 to December 2015. They were stochastically divided into 2 group:the patients of treatment group treated with haizaoyuhu decoction and burning needle, while those of the control group treated with vitamin A acid capsule and burning needle. Both period of treatment is four weeks. To observation the changes of skin lesion and TCM syndrome of two groups before and after treatment. Date is analyzed by SPSS 19.0. So as to evaluate the clinical curative effect and security. And to observe for 2 months after the treatment, in order to study the patients of two groups of the recurrence rate.Results:(1)After the treatment, About to compare the patients of two groups of the curative effect of skin lesion, the total effective rate of patients of treatment group were 84.4%, and those of the control group were 62.1%. A statistically significant difference between the two groups.(2) After the treatment, About to compare the patients of two groups of the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the total effective rate of patients of treatment group were 81.3%, and those of the control group were 31.0%. A statistically significant difference between the two groups.(3) The patients of two groups were discovered mild adverse reactions in the process of test, the result of statistics is P<0.05 by SPSS 19.0. The therapeutic method of treatment group than the control group is more safe.(4) About to compare the patients of two groups of the recurrence rate, two therapeutic methods is not difference with statistic analysis. Conclusion:The therapeutic method by combined haizaoyuhu decoction and burning needle is more effective and safe than the control group.
