| Objective: This paper carried through the clinical observation of ceramic moxibustion pot back acupoints cupping therapy on body deficiency susceptible influence the immune function of the patients,in order to improve the weakness susceptible patient’s immunity,reduce the incidence of colds,clinical curative effect,easy to find a non-toxic side effect,safe operation,economical and easy treatment method patients.Methods: In this study,80 patients with body deficiency and susceptibility were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases each.The patients in the treatment group were treated with cupping therapy on the acupoints of the back of ceramic moxibustion pot,1times a day and 10 times for 1 courses.The control group were treated with the Yuping wind particles oral treatment,water Chongfu,5g/per,3/d,10 days after administration of 30 min,for the 1 course of treatment,results all of cases were observed after 3 courses.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared.The changes of immunoglobulin(IgA),complement 3(C3)level and interleukin-2(IL-2)level before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,the number of cold attacks in one year and the changes of qi deficiency quality before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was97.50%,the total effective rate of the control group was 87.50%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The immune indexes of the two groups were improved in different degrees after treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group wasbetter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.The incidence of colds in the two groups was improved in one year after treatment,and the number of the patients in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the score of "Qi Deficiency" was reduced,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The cupping therapy on the back of the ceramic moxibustion can improve the immune function of the patients with body asthenia easily,the incidence of cold is reduced than before,but the effect of cupping therapy on the back points of the ceramic moxibustion can be better than that of the oral administration of Yuping wind particles.The effect of cupping therapy on the back points of the ceramic moxibustion can be better than that of the Yuping wind granule. |
