A Comparative Study Of Clinical Effect Between Pushing Yisan-point Downward Method And Traditional Heat-clearing Method In Infantile Fever Caused By External Invasion

Objective:By comparing the anti-febrile effect of pushing "yisan-point" downward and the four kinds of common heat clearing manipulations for infantile, as well as the effect of pediatric cooling gel. Value the effect difference among Pushing "yisan-point" downward, the commonly used heat clearing point combinations, and the control group, so as to provide new ideas for exploration in theory of points of pediatric massage, new methods for the clinical operation, and further study of anti-febrile meridians in pediatric massage.Methods:Subjects were some children who had moderate fever and were diagnosed with exogenous fever.They ranged in age from 1 to 3.In the treatment group,push down YiSan point 12 minutes was used.The group of conmom points:Tui Liu Fu 3 minutes,Qing Tian He Shui 3 minutes,Shui Di Lao Yue 3 minutes,and push down Tian Zhu Gu 3 minutes were adopted.The control group selected pediatric cooling gel for treatment. The three groups were recorded the body temperature respectively before treatment 5minutes and after treatment 4 hours.When it comes to data analytics,we should compare the fundamental state of three groups.If their fundamental state are balanced,then we compare the improvement of body temperature at all the observation time point between three groups.The change of body temperature between before and after treatment in ever group should be compared also.Results:1. The comparison of baseline have no statistical difference (P> 0.05)2. The comparison between the yisan-point group with common acupoints combination group shows that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).The comparison between the yisan-point group with fever-paste group shows that there was statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. Push down the "tourism den" treatment group with common acupoints combination treatment group for antifebrile effect, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), and push down "terminating point" of the treatment group compared with infantile cooling gel treatment group had significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Push the "yisan-point" is good at bringing down a fever,There is no obvious difference between the traditional common acupoints combination on bringing down a fever, but has obvious differences in comparing with fever-paste group, with knowning that pushing down "the yisan-point" is superior to the fever-paste group.The yisan-point can be used as a clinical therapy in recommending a fever.this study confirmed the yisan theory and provided a data support for clinical effect.2. Pushing down the yisan-point group and the common acupoints combination treatment group are superior to the fever-paste group.verifying the effectiveness of the pediatric massage in bringing down the fever;3.
