ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to examine the immediate antipyretic efficacy of pediatric massage core group points based on data mining and to explore the synergistic effect of massage with core group accupoints plus oral ibuprofen in high fever condition,in order to rich the clinical treatments in children with high fever, and provide some basis for massage on children with exogenous.MethodFrom March 2017 to January 2018,128 cases of pediatric outpatient wards from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the pediatric ward.According to the order of enrollment, the odd number was the treatment group and the even number was the control group.According to the level of fever,it was divided into 4 group: the medium heat treatment group, the medium heat control group, the high fever treatment group, and the high fever control group.4 groups were routine anti-infective antiviral therapy. When the axillary temperature was 38.5 ? ?T <39 ?,the treatment group was given massage with core group accupoints, while the control group was treated with ibuprofen. When the axillary temperature was 39 ? ?T?40 ?,the treatment group was given massage with core group accupoints combined with oral ibuprofen treatment, while the control group was given oral ibuprofen.Body temperature before and 0.5h,1.0h,1.5h,2.0h,3.0h,4.0h,6.0h and 8h after treatment were recorded, and the onset time of fever(0.5 ? lower body temperature)was taken and taken within 24 hours frequency of ibuprofen The body temperature, the onset time of fever and the frequency of taking ibuprofen within 24 hours after treatment were respectively compared at 0.5h,1.0h,1.5h,2.0h,3.0h,4.0h,6.0h and 8h after treatment.ResultsIn the medium heat group, the body temperature of the treatment group and the control group at 0.5h,1h,1.5h,2h and 3h after treatment were all lower than those before treatment(P <0.05);In the comparison of body temperature and the onset of fever, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the decrease of body temperature at 1.5h,2h,3h after treatment was significant. And the frequency of antipyretics in the treatment group was less than that of the control group. In the high fever group, the body temperature of the treatment group and the control group at 0.5h,1.0h,1.5h,2h and 3h after treatment were both lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).The body temperature at 1.5h,2h and 3h was lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the decrease in body temperature was greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05).The onset time of fever in treatment groups(0.51 ± 0.15h)was better than that in the control group(0.74 ± 0.36h).In the observation time, the frequency of taking ibuprofen in the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P <0.05).ConclusionThe core massage acupoints group,in the medium heat level, its immediate antipyretic effect was similar to oral ibuprofen, and can reduce drug dependence; In high fever,it can help ibuprofen, with longer antipyretic duration, earlier antipyretic onset time, and can reduce the frequency of antipyretic analgesics, reduce dependence on antipyretics. In summary, the core massage accupoints group had a good immediate antipyretic effect, good compliance in children,it is worth in clinical application.
