Objective:to study the effect of ultrasonic diagnosis in lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, and then analysis the value of ultrasonic treatment on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, for related medical staff provide certain ultrasound in the diagnosis and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion theoretical support and technical support.Methods:the first step study the ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Selection in our hospital in May 2014 to May 2015 treated 200 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse as the research object, ultrasound scanning was carried out on the patients, respectively, nuclear magnetic resonance examination, ultrasonography in patients with each vertebral body and the situation of the vertebral perimeter thorough knowledge, main inspection L2?3, L3?4, L4?5 and L5?S1 intervertebral disc, and watch the disc surface relation with adjacent vertebral body surface, pay special attention to in the process of checking between vertebral body lesions, the patient supine when accurately measure the distance between the vertebrae, as well as to examine the blood supply of the lumbar and around.Step 2 study of ultrasonic and acupuncture treatment effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. The above 200 patients were divided into two groups, observation group and the control group (n=100), respectively. Observation group using ultrasonic treatment, the control group using acupuncture method, comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results:1. The observation group and control group and acupuncture treatment of ultrasonic method respectively, for three consecutive weeks of treatment, the clinical comprehensive efficacy of observation group is obviously better than the standard in the control group, the observation group cure is as high as 20%, control group was only 9%, in addition of cases were markedly effective, observation group is as high as 62%, control group was only 25%, using two sample rank and inspection, (P< 0.01). Observe group and VAS before lumbar flexion mobility, JOA scores are obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion:1. Can use various inspection methods on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, clinical commonly used method including CT, MRI and ultrasound, etc., the study results show that the ultrasound and MRI diagnostic accuracy was 92% and 94%, respectively, ultrasound and MRI examination effect, both has good diagnosis effect. But ultrasound in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion causes inflammatory manifestations and oppressed nerve root blood flow observation effect is better, ultrasound can continuous imaging, therefore can be used to observe the liquid diffusion process, the specific blood vessels can be observed clearly, found according to the results of 200 cases performed in 200 cases with nerve inflammatory blood flow, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) for detecting blood flow to the peripheral nerve is not popular at the moment.2. Through the study of the ultrasonic treatment of observation group of patients, the specific method for the treatment of the ultrasonic probe contact with the high risk patients, and daub on the probe of the coupling agent, through regular treatment, the results show that the clinical comprehensive curative effect of observation group, and VAS, JOA score before lumbar flexion mobility effect curative effect is better than control group, in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated in the process of the ultrasonic treatment, helps to ease the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
