Objective:Comparative discussion posterior lumbar small incision lamina window nucleus pulposus enucleation and small incision posterior lumbar nucleus pulposus excision endplate corpectomy spontaneous healing method surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical curative effect and related factors of influence on prognosis.Methods:Choose 36 patient examples with posterior lumbar small incision lamina window nucleus pulposus enucleation operation during February 2004 to May 2009, and 51 patient examples with small incision posterior lumbar nucleus pulposus excision endplate corpectomy spontaneous healing method of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were case-control studies compare two operation, summarizes the clinical efficacy and related factors.Results:By 3.8-6years, average 4years and seven months'follow-up, two methods are ideal, there are no statistical significants about clinical effect on overall treatment compared postoperative period, subjective symptoms, conditions of limited daily activities and signs to improve, and surgery cost. But comparising in both time and postoperative recurrence rate of using small incision posterior lumbar nucleus pulposus excision endplate corpectomy spontaneous healing method to small incision lamina window nucleus pulposus operation excision decreased obviously.Conclusion:Small incision posterior lumbar nucleus pulposus excision endplate corpectomy spontaneous healing method for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a kind of small trauma, quick recovery, high curative effect and the recurrence rate is low security practical effective remedy, it worths clinical promotion.
