Objective: In order to analysis the value of comprehensive nursing interventions for the treatment of patients with depression, Contents and methods of comprehensive nursing intervention, and further provide certain theoretical basis for the care of depression, so as to improve the level of nursing workers in patients with depression.Methods: Research object contained 100 cases of patients with depression from the Si Ping a three-A grade mental hospital, 50 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group 50 cases; the two groups were treated with conventional anti depression drugs. The control group given psychiatric routine nursing, the experimental group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks; Both two groups patients were assessed the author depression self rating scale(SDS), the author of self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS) and the questionnaire of the general situation, investigation on two groups of patients, 8 weeks after the depression status and the intervention effect. Statistical analysis of the data, we used statistical software SPSS20.0. Including chi-square test, Mann-Whitney non-parametric test, t test and other methods.Results: The research object of age range between 20 to 49 years old, which, in the majority with 30 ~ 39 years old(82.0%). Women more than men, include 31 men(31.0%), 69 women(69.0%). Single more than married, married 42(42.0%), 58 are unmarried(58.0%); Literacy in the majority with university degree, graduate 56 people(56.0%); Anxiety SAS comparison between groups: control group and experimental group in SAS scores on admission no statistically significant difference(t=1.55, P=0.125), but in eight weeks when SAS score difference was statistically significant in both groups, patients significantly lower than the control group(t=2.60, P=0.011). Anxiety SAS is: in the group and the control group and experimental group after 8 weeks after treatment of SAS scores, it were significantly lower than on admission and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.06, P=0.003); Experimental group after 8 weeks after the intervention treatment of SAS score was significantly lower than on admission(t=3.60, P=0.001). Depression SDS comparison between groups: control group and experimental group in SDS score on admission no statistically significant difference(t=1.44, P=0.153), but in eight weeks when SDS score difference was statistically significant in both groups, patients significantly lower than the control group(t=5.13, P<0.001). Depression SDS is: in the group and the control group and experimental group after 8 weeks treatment, the scores of SDS, were significantly lower than on admission, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.02, P<0.001); Experimental group after 8 weeks after the intervention treatment of SDS score was significantly lower than on admission(t=5.93, P<0.001).Conclusion: In patients with depression, women more than men; The most high in the prevalence of depression have a high level of culture; Compared with routine nursing care in psychiatric department, implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with depression, help to improve the effect of treatment of depression, improve coping styles, can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of treatment of depression, can effectively improve depression in patients with depression, improve the level of mental health and quality of life, help to promote social function recovery in patients with early return to society, and can reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.
