Objective:This study based on the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with postoperative ICU femoral fractures, to assess of the ICU patients with lower limb fracture surgery before and after the intervention on anxiety, depression, clinical evaluation, to summarize the nursing methods, for lower limb fracture patients in the ICU nursing plan provides the basis. Methods:Research for the case-control study, the use of random number table method in September 2015- April 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of Zheng Zhou University of lower limb fracture admitted in ICU critical patients as the research object, 88 people, were randomly divided into control group(44 cases) and intervention group(44 cases). Two groups of patients in gender, age and grade of Winquist- Hansen and APACHE ? score the respect such as comparison, no statistically significant difference(P > 0. 05), comparable. Control group given conventional nursing, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing gives comprehensive nursing intervention, including cognitive behavioral intervention, the sleep quality of intervention, music therapy, emotional support, and special health education. Compare two groups patients postoperative 0 hours, 24 hours after operation, postoperative 3 and 5 days anxiety and depression status, analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with femoral fracture state of anxiety and depression. Statistics analysis using SPSS17. 0 statistical software to complete the measurement data to mean add and subtract the standard deviation(I + s) said, using t test, count data rate compared with x2 test. Results:Patients in the control group and intervention group intervention former SAS scores and SDS scores and APACHE ? score is no statistical significance; SAS, SDS score after the intervention intervention group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P?0. 05). Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve perioperative psychological status in patients with unilateral femoral fractures, effectively reduce the patients caused by stress and psychological barriers and high blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression score and APACHE ? score, promote postoperative recovery, improve patient quality of life, is worth popularization and application in the clinical nursing work.
