In recent years, environmental problems make the number of people suffering from respiratory diseases have a clear upward trend, including asthma and pneumothorax patients more and more. Research on data mining of asthma and pneumothorax has become an urgent problem to be solved.Since the new rural cooperative medical information system has been put into use, the amount of database information has been increasing, but has not been effectively developed and utilized. At the same time, for the medical data mining research, and then for medical staff to provide decision support has become a "Internet + Yimin service" important means. This paper analyzes and establishes the data warehouse based on the new rural cooperative medical information system. The data samples are extracted from the new rural cooperative medical system, the corresponding data warehouse is established and excavated in order to discover the relevant rules and provide decision support for the researchers.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. To establish a constellation model for NCMS medical information system, and to create data warehouse.2. Two improved Apriori algorithms have been improved and the functions of the two algorithms are compared and applied.3. The feature selection algorithm is used to select the data attributes, obtain the data set, and use the improved algorithm on the data set for data mining. According to the regional distribution trend of asthma and pneumothorax, it is found that the gap is too large, and the original NCMS database field is analyzed. It is found that most of the hospitals enter the patient area according to the input of the treatment area, As a basis for further improvement of the new rural cooperative medical system. At the end of the paper, the improved data warehouse is experimented to obtain more accurate results.
