Physical Functional Training as a new concept of Training in the application value of competitive sports to be recognized and attention increasingly, in the movement of athletes function screening(FMS) on the basis of a more scientific and reasonable analysis and diagnosis, timely find weak link of the existence of athletes, purposeful and targeted personalized Training, can effectively improve athletes bad and wrong action pattern, improve the athlete’s own stability, flexibility and balance, to optimize the body dynamic chain of transmission, improve the athletes’ athletic performance ability, thus achieve mining movement potential and extend the life of the movement, the purpose of prevention of sports injury.Is restricted by the sports injury is one of the problems of sustainable development of competitive sports in colleges and universities, this paper aimed at the problem using the literature material method, field observation method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method for long jump training in wuhan institute of physical education health function injury prevention training method carries on the analysis, study the following conclusions:(1) the Physical Functional Training before long jump athletes action screening average of 13.57 points, the FMS scoring average of 15.71 points during the training, is 2.14 points higher than before the training; After training the FMS scoring average of 17.14 points, than measure the average increase of 1.43 points in the training, is 3.57 points higher than before the training. That long jump athletes to effectively improve the body’s basic motion function, error and bad action pattern of positive improvement, reduced risk of injury.(2) the training before 30 meters long jump athletes run average of 3.82 seconds faster, triple jump of 7.59 meters, the average of in-situ lateral shot put averages of 7.63 meters, training of three grades of the averaged 3.76 seconds, 7.77 meters, 7.91 meters, more than training before measuring the average by 0.06 seconds, 0.16 m and 0.28 m; Training after three grade average in 3.7 seconds, 7.89 meters, 8.25 meters, more than training in measuring average by 0.06 seconds, 0.12 meters and 0.34 meters, more than training before measuring average by 0.12 seconds, 0.28 m and 0.62 m.(3) the physical function of soft tissue injury prevention training activation mainly bubble axis, massage stick, peanuts, and the activation of softball ball; Torso pillar strength exercises around the body’s front, back, left and right sides of the muscle group in different stages of practice design dynamic static practice is given priority to; Gluteal muscle activation main use elastic belt of different stage of design, cross walk marching practice is given priority to; Dynamic stretching main mainly tensile whole muscle group of dynamic and static action; Action integration in different stages of stepped on, step mat and cross walk practice give priority to; Neural activation in different stages, single foot jump jumping and cross jump to give priority to.(4) the arrangement of the body function training injury prevention system embodies mainly by the movements of the individual training load arrangement principle, main show is from easy to difficult, from static to dynamic, from stable to unstable, by extending support time, increase the travel distance and increase the resistance and increase the instability of the imbalance to implement the load control of the whole.
