| Objective: In this study,the effects of plyometric training on the improvement of the jumping ability of the lower limbs and the protection against skeletal muscle injury were investigated at different training interfaces.The external manifestation characteristics and mechanical mechanism of training effects were analyzed from the perspective of kinematics parameters and dynamics respectively,and the differences of micro-injury risk of skeletal muscle generated by training under the two training interfaces were compared.Method: USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,selection of 16 male college students as subjects,randomly divided into group of 8 people in the sand group and 8 people in the hard ground group.The both group was carried out for 6 weeks respectively in the same training cycle.The changes of CMJ vertical jump and 6 consecutive vertical jump before and after the training were compared,and the changes of CK,LDH and Mb before and after the training and 24 hours were compared.Results: the CMJ vertical jump height of healthy male college students could be significantly improved by both kinds of interface plyometric training(P<0.05).The kinematics showed that the CMJ vertical jump time became shorter and the off-ground speed increased.The dynamics showed that the impulse and peak power of the CMJ vertical jump increased.In terms of improving the ability of 6 consecutive vertical jumps,the training effect of the sand group was better than that of the hard ground group(P<0.05): in terms of muscle injury,the sand training group produced less muscle injury than that of the hard ground group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The CMJ vertical jump height of healthy male college students can be significantly improved by sand ground plyometric training and hard ground rapid stretching compound training.After comparison,there was no significant difference between the two interfaces in improving the CMJ vertical jump capacity.2.In terms of improving continuous jump,the training effect of plyometric in sandy is better than that of plyometric training group in hard ground.3.The sand flexing compound training produces less muscle damage than the hard ground flexing compound training. |
