According to aging in our country,more and more people need lower limb rehabilitation training.As a typical electromechanical integration equipment,lower limb rehabilitation robot has been attached great importance by scientific researchers.With the development of rehabilitation robot,the body weight system of lower limb rehabilitation robot has been improved,and the body weight support walk training is an important means to assist the stroke and spinal injury patients to restore his walking ability of the lower limb.According to the characteristics of the rehabilitation robot structure and the needs of the functions,and combined with some cutting-edge rehabilitation robot design concepts at home and abroad,the following aspects are analyzed and studied:(1)The development status and the current application level of lower limb rehabilitation robot are introduced.And on the basis of in-depth analysis of sports rehabilitation training medical theory and human lower limb movement mechanism,the rehabilitation robot control system is studied.(2)Each system of rehabilitation robot is introduced.It includes body weight support system,lower limb exoskeleton system and multi environment training platform system.According to the functions of each system,the appropriate control scheme is worked out.And the working principle of each system is analyzed.(3)The mathematical model of the body weight support platform of the lifting system was established.The following function and body weight support function of the weight support platform are analyzed and studied,and the main parameters and components of the system are designed.(4)Validate the lifting body weight support walk training system,and compared with LOKOLIFT and constant weight support system.(5)Give the objects of further researching.
