Studies On Effectiveness Of Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction With Blue Light Therapy For Treatment Of Early Neonatal Pathological Jaundice On Clinical Symptom

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction with blue light therapy in treating early neonatal pathologic jaundice,for providing clinical basis of Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction on the clinical application for the early newborn pathological jaundice.Methods: 100 patients who conform to the diagnostic and inclusion standard of neonatal pathologic jaundice in clinic were divided into observation group with odd numbers,and control group with double number according their order number,50 cases in each group respectively.Control group were just given the basic treatment(conventional phototherapy blue light,oral gold dichotomous,rehydration and neonatal conventional nursing).Observe group were treated with Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction and the basic treatment,3 days for a course of treatment.Observing two groups of children with daily transcutaneous bilirubin value,total accept phototherapy time and serum bilirubin value after a period of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and so on and so forth.Collecting all the observation index,which were used to do statistical analysis and evaluate their curative effect.Results:(1)There are comparable value but no statistically significant difference between two groups of children with gestational age,sex,weight,before hospitalized days of age,primary diseases,treatment serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,transcutaneous bilirubin values(p>0.05).(2)Percutaneous bilirubin measurement values of observe group are lower than that of control group after the first,second and third day(p<0.05),with statistical significantly difference,suggesting that observe group can reduce considerably the transcutaneous bilirubin value,with the next chances of phototherapy and phototherapy time lower than that of control group in the future.(3)More less serum total bilirubin values of Two groups of patients were seen after treatment,with statistical dramatically difference(p<0.05),predicting that both two groups can reduce bilirubin level.(4)There were less serum total bilirubin value in patients of observation group than that of control group(p<0.05),which means observation group can reduce noticeably the serum bilirubin values than the control group.(5)Compared two groups of children with phototherapy time,observation group took less time than the control group,and the difference was statistical remarkably(p<0.05),indicating that Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction can effectively cut down phototherapy time.(6)Observation group is better than that of control group by comparing curative effect of two groups,and the difference are statistical strikingly(p<0.05).(7)Observation group has less adverse reactions than the control group in adverse reaction occurs after treatment,with statistical significantly difference(p<0.05),suggesting that Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction with blue light therapy can obviously reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blue light treatment.Conclusion:(1)Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction with blue light therapy can effectively reduce the early neonatal pathologic jaundice damp heat fumigation certificate with serum bilirubin,transcutaneous bilirubin level,having good curative effect.(2)Yin Chen Di Huang Decoction with blue light therapy can shorten phototherapy time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blue light treatment,and worthy of clinical promotion.
