Objective:Through the observation on neck and shoulders by massage and traction treatment for carotid cervical vertebrasickness abnormal curvature of the curative effect of physiological contrast preliminary study the mechanism mentor Massage technique of treatment for cervical physiological curvature abnormal and clinical value.Methods:60 cases of spondylopathy of Physiological abnormal curvature patients were divided randomly into treatment group manipulation and traction treatment groups.To observed before and after treatment of the symptoms signs and X-ray change.Results:(1) After 12 courses the two groups compared to control treatment group significantly the rate of 76.67%, with a total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group significantly control the rate of 58.61%, with a total effective rate was 89.66%, differences between the two groups was statistically significance (P<0.05). (2)Groups comparison after treatment X-ray result, Long-dated recurrence survey, the treatment group and control group had significant difference, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Neck and shoulders massage on teenagers neck cervical vertebrasickness physiological curvature of abnormal have remedial effect, it can improve or recover the cervical physiological curvature, and delay illness development, its has important significance to prevention of cervical spondylosis. Neck and shoulders massage therapy is beteter to traction treatment. its mechanism may be that the lysis of soft tissue adhesions, eliminating muscle spasm and improve the exogenous stable cervical. To achieve purpose of restore balance of cervical spine mechanics.
