ObjectiveThis study was conducted on 90 tibia fatigue periostitis in young patients with the treatment of two weeks,to investigate the clinical effects of massage combined with TDP(Lamp therapy apparatus)irradiation in the treatment of tibia fatigue periostitis, curative effect and conventional massage therapy and conventional TDP treatment and compared, evaluated, compared with the two combined treatment of tibial periostitis fatigue effect whether there are differences and to provide more reference for periosteitis treatment options.MethodsThe object of this research is mainly for 10 universities in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center from September 2016 to December 2016 during the fatigue periostitis of tibia in patients aged between 18 to 24 years old, male or female. In all applicants after the screening, the final selection of the 90 patients who met the study criteria,by randomly divided into three groups, the first group of massage combined with TDP treatment group, second groups for routine massage group, third groups of conventional TDP control group, each group of patients were 30 cases.Three groups were treated with a course of treatment,3 times a week,a total of 2 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated after the course of treatment.Observation index:pain visual rating scale(VAS):fill in before and after the end of the treatment were completed;quality of life questionnaire:respectively, before the start of treatment, after the end of treatment for a week to complete the follow-up.Results1.Before the treatment, the treatment group and control group in front of the basic information such as age, gender, and treatment of VAS score, quality of life evaluation separately carries on the statistical test, results showed no significant difference(p>0.05),which can be comparad.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy of the three groups:A group 19 cases were cured(63.3%),5 cases(16.7%),effective in 4 cases(13.3%),invalid in 2 cases(6.7%),the total effective rate was 93.3%;B group 9 cases were cured(30%),8(26.7%)cases were cured,9 cases improved(30%)invalid,4 cases(13.3),the total effective rate was 86.7%;C group 7 cases were cured(23.3%),11 cases(36.7%),improved in 7 cases(23.3%),invalid in 5 cases(16.7%),the total effective rate was 83.3%.The overall efficacy of A group was better than that of B group and C group, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the three groups. The results showed that the three methods were effective, and the curative effect of massage combined with TDP was better than that of conventional massage and conventional TDP.3.After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the A group was significantly better than the B group and the C group(P<0.05).It shows that the three methods can effectively reduce the pain of patients, massage combined with TDP can effectively improve the pain of patients.4.After treatment, the quality of life of the three groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionMassage combined with TDP and conventional massage therapy and conventional TDP irradiation in three ways for the treatment of tibial fatigue periostitis, can effectively improve the tibial periostitis fatigue symptoms, but also can improve the quality of life of patients.Through statistical tests, massage combined with TDP in the treatment of adolescent tibial fatigue periostitis in the curative effect was significantly better than conventional massage and conventional TDP treatment, and has significant difference, which is worthy of clinical application.
