Objective: To observe the effects of health care massage immune organs and immune function of fatigue-type sub-health model rats.Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal feeding group,model group and message group,with 20 rats in each group.Both the model group and the massage group used a sleep deprivation tank for sleep deprivation of less than 6 hours of sleep per day.The normal feeding group was placed in a simulated water environment tank at the same time every day,and the massage group was massage intervened for 14 consecutive days.The overall condition of each group of rats was noted during the experiment,and the behavioral performance was observed by the rat tail suspension test.After the experiment is made,the specimen is perceived.The spleen index of the rats was monitored by weighing method,and the apoptosis rate of thymocytes was measured by flow cytometry.The morphological changes of the spleen and thymus were observed by light microscopy.The ultrastructure of the spleen and thymus was respected by the electron microscope.MTT colorimetric assay for spleen lymphocyte proliferation.Serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-? were measured by ELISA.Results: 1.The rats in the first three groups were usually in good condition with no significant difference.At the beginning of the intervention,the excitability of the rats in the massage group and the control group was considerably improved,the diet was reduced,and the body weight was reduced.At the end of the intervention,the rats in the model group showed obvious weakness and fatigue,and the voluntary activities decreased.The state of the message group is better than the model group.On the 7th day of the experiment,the body weight of the normal group was increased was higher than that before the experiment(P>0.05).The body weight of the model group and the massage group was decreased compared with that before the experiment(P<0.05),and the model group was lower than the massage group.(P<0.05).On the 14 th day of the experiment,the body weight of the model group and the massage group decreased compared with the normal group(P<0.05),and the weight of the model group rats was lower than that of the massage group(P<0.05).Rat tail suspension test:the number of struggles in the model group and the massage group were lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05),and the model group was lower than the massage group(P<0.05).The resting time of the model group and the massage group was higher than in the normal group(P<0.05),and the model group was higher than the massage group(P<0.05).2.The spleen index of the model group was considerably reduced,and the tissue structure and cell structure of the thymus and spleen were destroyed,and the early apoptosis rate of thymocytes was higher.The spleen index of the rats in the massage group was greater than in the model group(P<0.05).The tissue structure and ultrastructure of the immune organs were better than those in the model group.The early apoptosis rate of thymocytes was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).3.Spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability: the OD value of the normal group is higher than the OD value of the message group and the OD value of the model group(P<0.05);the OD value of the massage group was larger than the OD value of the model group(P<0.05).The serum IL-2 levels were compared between the massage group and the model group(P<0.05).The massage group was more important than the model group(P<0.05).The serum IL-4 content was greater than in the message group and the model group.The normal group(P<0.05);the massage group was lower than the model group(P<0.05);the serum IFN-? content comparison: the massage group and the model group were lower than the normal group(P<0.05);the massage group was higher than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The partial sleep deprivation method utilized in this study can successfully replicate the fatigue sub-healthy rat model.Partial sleep deprivation can lead to weighting loss and physical fatigue and mental fatigue in the fatigue-type sub-healthy rat model.Health care massage not only protects the weight of model rats,but also relieves the degree of bodily and mental fatigue.2.Partial sleep deprivation stress has an effect on the thymus and spleen tissue structure and cell structure of the model rats,and leads to an early apoptosis rate of thymocytes in model rats.Health care massage has protective effect on the tissue structure and function of the immune organs and immune cells of the model rats,and has obvious inhibitory effects on the early apoptosis of the thymus of the model rats.3.Partial sleep deprivation stress can lead to lymphocyte proliferation ability of model rats to decrease and affect the serum content of immune factors.Health care massage can increase the lymphocyte proliferation ability of model rats,and has a good benign regulation of immune factor levels in model rats.herefor,health care massage can avoid the transformation from sub-health state to disease mainly due to its immunomodulatory effect.
