Research On Industrialization Development Of Medical-nursing Combined Care Mode

With the proportion of the aged continuously growing,China has stepped into aging society since late 20th century,along with serious aging problems.China now risks getting old before getting rich,fading of family's supporting functions and other simultaneous problems.And demand of the elderly is increasing,especially the demand for medical care,which poses a serious threat to social security pension system.At present,medical resources and endowment resources are not distributed in the right position,and traditional endowment system can't satisfy the needs of the elderly.A large number of disabled elders and elders with chronic illness can't reach their golden years of ease and fulfillment.The experiment of 'medical-nursing combined care mode' is under way rapidly around the country,which is projected to optimize the allocation of all medical and endowment resources.The experiment aims to gather practical experience for building a scientific and reasonable medical-nursing combined pension system which accurately covers the whole country.Now medical-nursing combined care mode has been equipped with market,policy,capital construction and other conditions,but the experiment hasn't achieved expected goals.And there are several problems such as high priced service,unqualified service,shortage of talents,poor supervision,in the latest experiment.In order to allocate medical and endowment resources more efficiently,further opening up the elderly market is necessary,and industrialization development is a promising path to increase effective supply.Under the guidance of government and market,industrialization development utilizes diversified social capital,professional management and high-quality services to achieve both economic benefits and social benefits.This paper pictures the recent situation of aging population in China through analyzing data from China Statistics Yearbook,nationwide census,China health and retirement longitudinal study and so on.Maslow's need hierarchy theory is used to analyze actual demand of the aged and recognize market segments,and based on which this paper roughs out a plan for industrialization development of medical-nursing combined care mode.In the last part,this paper proposes several supplementary suggestions for its industrialization development.
