ObjectiveEvaluation of Xin naotong tablets' treatment of coronary heart disease stability angina pectoris(blood-stasis syndrome)the clinical curative effect and security.Methods1.This test is a multiple center clinical trials,the study design follow the principle of double blind,randomized,placebo parallel controlled,select the object of study as: the patients who are stable angina of coronary heart disease levels?,?,?,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is blood stasis block,and all of them were included in the standard of Chinese and western medicine.According to random number table method after two weeks of the periodmedication,A total of 240 cases were divided into experimental group 120 cases,control group 120 cases.The total treatment for 12 weeks,respectively six clinical trial center for research in the country.The center for the Chinese medicine hospital in hubei province have selected 48 cases,who were patients with cardiovascular pain,the duration of the time)and its integral,nitroglycerin dose and reduction rates,Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and integral,the curative effect of electrocardiogram(ECG),with angina pectoris curative effect,among them as the main curative effect,combined with secondary indexes,evaluate the effectiveness of Xin naotong tables for the treatment of coronary heart disease stability angina pectoris(blood stasis block certificate).3.By observing the following pointers to evaluate its safety,including vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,dung routine,liver function,renal group.The effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%,the effective rate of control group was 41.6%,differences between the two groups have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The curative effect of Angina pectoris: compared the two groups of patients,the curative effect of the treatment group is more significant than the control group.The effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%,the effective rate of control group was 25.0%,differences between the two groups have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The change of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral:Compared the Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral of the two groups before treatment,there was no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.After treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral are lower than before in both groups,have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).And,test group' Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral reduced more apparent than control group,differences between the two groups have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The change of angina pectoris integral:Compared the angina pectoris integral of the two groups before treatment,there was no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.After treatment,angina pectoris integral are lower than before in both groups,have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).And,More apparent reducein the control group than test group in angina pectoris integral after treatment,differences between the two groups have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).6.The curative effect of electrocardiogram(ECG): compared the two groups of patients,the curative effect of the treatment group is more significant than the control group.The effective rate of treatment group was 79.1%,the effective rate of control group was 12.5%,differences between the two groups have significant statistical significance(P<0.05).7.The safety indexes of two groups of the participants before and after the test did not see obvious exception,including vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,dung routine,liver function,renal function and blood coagulation function.In the whole test process,there were no adverse events happened to the two groups.ConclusionXin naotong tablets' treatment of coronary heart disease stability angina pectoris(blood stasis block certificate)is safe and effective.
