| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in promoting postoperative functional recovery of proximal muscular atrophy,and to observe the recovery of upper limb muscle strength and limb function.And to provide the basis of the treatment for the future of proximal amyotrophic type of cervical spondylosis after surgery.And take advantages of chinese medicine in the treatment of bone injuryMethods:A total of 36 cases of inpatient medical records were performed in December 2014 and December 2015.There were 20 males and 16 females.Aged 42-76 years old.Mean age 61.75 ?10.40 years old:the selected cases for the diagnosis of proximal amyotrophic cervical spondylosis and cervical spine surgery cases.Postoperative routine intravenous infusion of antibiotics to prevent infection symptomatic treatment for 5 days,2 times a day,given mannitol,betamethasone and other intravenous drip tissue edema symptomatic treatment for 5 days,2 times a day,and stomach,re h y d ra t i o n,hemostasis,Analgesic and other symptomatic support treatment,surgical wound on the first 7 days after the stitches.And then be rehabilitated:early 1 week-1 months after surgery to bed-based,this period should be the neck of the neck brake.Mid-term 1 month-3 months,mainly for the neck fixed,get out of bed training.3 months after surgery,remove the neck circumference.Continue to carry out medium-term training projects,the focus of this period of exercise mainly to the neck and shoulder function of the resumption of exercise-based.According to the different postoperative specific drugs,were randomly divided into study group and control group,the study group using Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined rehabilitation therapy,the control group using rehabilitation therapy.Including 18 cases in the study group and 18 cases in the control group.Study group(Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined rehabilitation rehabilitation treatment group):postoperative rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the release of fasting after the patient is given Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction orally,daily one,two Times to take,even for 7 days for a course of treatment,after sharing four courses of withdrawal.The control group(rehabilitation exercise group):only after the rehabilitation treatment.Preoperative,postoperative 1 month,3months,6months and 1 year for upper limb lovett strength assessment and upper limb function assessment(DASH).All data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software at the end of the experi ment.Results:1.the study group and the control group of two groups in the postoperative 1 month,3 months,6 months,1year of upper limb lovett muscle strength were significantly better than preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).The patients in the study group and the control group were significantly better than those before operation at 1 month,3months,6months and 1 year.The postoperative functional evaluation(DASH)of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group at 1 month,3months after operation,6months after operation and 1 year after operation.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the statistical analysis of the results of the two groups before and after treatment,rehabilitation and combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively promote the proximal muscular atrophy of cervical spondylosis after the recovery of muscle strength,upper limb function improved,Decoction in promoting muscle strength recovery,improve the function of the upper limb effect is more significant,so Buyang Huanwu Decoction is the proximal amyotrophic type of cervical spondylosis after the recovery of upper limb function effective method. |
