Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type By Liver-based Therapy Theory

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type by liver-based therapy theory,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type.Methods: All the patients of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type patients were treated in the garden mountain district of Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,during April 2013 to December 2015,the selected patients were classified into syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,syndrome of liver qi stagnation and syndrome of wind-phlegm invading upward,and we picked 25 patients in each of these syndromes in the observation group and the control group,each group of patients in the Sex,age and duration have no statistical difference(P>0.05),can be compared.Which observation group of patients according to the syndrome after classification,syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang group taking Tianma Gouteng drink,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney group taking the Yiguan Jian and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,syndrome of liver qi stagnation group to Chaihu Shugan San,syndrome of wind-phlegm invading upward group were given Banxia Baizhu Tianma Drink.And we added Gegen 30 g and Chuanxiong 9g in all the decoction of Chinese Medicine,as the guide,if the decoction of Chinese Medicine already have the Gegen and Chuanxiong we will not add this two repeatedly.The patients in the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine only,daily morning and evening.The decoction of Chinese Medicine was unified and provided by the garden mountain district of Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM.The control group of patients were given only Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,daily morning before going to bed,one pill each time.All the observation group and the control group were treated 2 weeks for the treatment period,and in the latter part of all patients for a period of 3 months follow-up monitoring,told all patients to avoid long bow,excessive rotation and other movements which are harmful to cervical spine,to guide all the patients the same cervical care exercises.Compare the curative effect,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of these syndrome types.SPSS18.0 was used in Statistical analysising,measured data to(x?± s)aid,count data using X 2 test,between groups to choose t test,with P<0.05 as the statistically significant difference.Results: this observation including 2 weeks of treatment and a period of 3 months of follow-up,with a follow-up of 197 patients.In the group of syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang,the total effective rate was 92.0% and 68.0% in the observation group and the control group respectively.In the group of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 87.0% and 76.0% respectively.In the group of syndrome of liver qi stagnation,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 91.0% and 68.0% respectively.In the group of syndrome of wind-phlegm invading upward the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.0% and 80.0% respectively.The total adverse reaction rate was 2.0% in the TCM group and 9.0% in the western medicine group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of the TCM group was 1.0%,the recurrence rate of the western medicine group was 7.0%,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Starting from the theory of liver-based therapy theory on CSA,and for each syndrome type were treated with TCM prescription accordingly,can make the most of the clinical symptoms were significantly reduced,the clinical effect is better than western medicine.It can be said that the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is reasonable and effective.And compared to those taking Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,the treatment through the traditional Chinese medicine has advantages of lower rate of adverse reaction and lower rate of recurrence.
