Research On The Characteristics And Connotation Of Xueji Liver Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment

Xue ji was a pioneer of the school of Wen Bu in Ming dynasty.He wrote a lot of medical works in his whole life,which contained his rich academic thoughts and clinical experience.Due to the academic thought of the two organs of spleen and kidney,scholars of later generations paid much attention to the study of the two organs of spleen and kidney in Xueji's works.There are also a lot of academic essence about the three organs of heart,liver and lung in Xueji's works,especially a lot of contents about the differentiation and treatment of liver syndrome.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly discusses Xue Ji's life works.This paper introduces Xue Ji's life and his personal writings.The second part mainly discusses the classification and treatment characteristics of Xueji's liver syndrome.The third part mainly discusses the connotation of classification and treatment of Xueji's liver syndrome.Through the above research,eight conclusions are drawn:1.Xue Ji enriched the differentiation of liver syndrome on the basis of Sun Simiao,Qian Yi and Zhang Yuyu.The syndrome differentiation of deficiency and deficiency of liver is specifically divided into three deficiency and five solid basic deficiency types,namely deficiency of liver qi,deficiency of liver and blood,deficiency of liver Yin,and five solid types: liver burning,liver fire and blood heat,liver fire and blood dryness,liver meridian dampness and heat,and stagnation of liver and spleen.The three deficiency and five solid basic deficiency type is further subdivided into liver and blood deficiency and fire dryness,liver and blood deficiency and fire abundant wind,liver and blood deficiency and blood deficiency,liver,wood and spleen soil and other complex syndrome type.At the same time,the syndrome types of both viscera and viscera were supplemented,such as deficiency of qi and blood in liver and gallbladder,hot fire in liver and gallbladder,and wind and heat in liver and gallbladder.Liver and other organs combined with the syndrome of deficiency of blood in the liver and spleen,deficiency of blood in the liver and kidney,deficiency of blood in the heart and liver,deficiency of blood in the liver,spleen and kidney,deficiency of fire and dryness of blood in the liver,spleen and blood,deficiency of blood in the liver and spleen,deficiency of blood in the heart and liver,deficiency of blood and heat.2.Xue Ji paid much attention to the etiology of liver disease in the differentiation and treatment of liver syndrome,and the differentiation and treatment of clinical syndrome were mainly based on the etiology.He is good at inquirying when he is in the clinic,and understands the etiology of the patient in detail.He believes that anger,depression,shock and abuse of wind medicine are common etiologies of liver syndrome.3.Xue Ji paid attention to the different physiological characteristics of the individual,with different emphasis on the differentiation and treatment of liver syndrome in women and men.Pay more attention to the liver and spleen for women,and pay attention to the liver and kidney for men.4.Xue Ji was good at differentiating between deficiency and deficiency,and was good at coordinating the primary and secondary factors.For the complex diseases mixed with deficiency and excess,according to the transformation of deficiency and excess of the disease,it is mainly to treat deficiency due to deficiency and to cooperate with drugs to clear liver and nourish liver qi and blood.Liver wood ke syndrome of liver fire and blood dryness,and the syndrome of liver fire and blood deficiency.These syndrome types are the fourth level based on the pathogenesis of liver blood deficiency and liver paper expounds an important link in the course of syndrome differentiation from syndrome differentiation to syndrome differentiation.This paper discusses the connotation of classification and treatment of xueji's liver syndromes,points out the different names of the syndromes,and finds that in the Ming dynasty,xueji's differentiation of the pathogenesis of zang-fu organs has stepped out of the category of cold and heat,and into the differentiation and treatment of various pathogenic and pathogenesis factors such as qi and blood,phlegm and drink,emotion and so on.By further exploring the naming of Xue Ji's syndrome types,it can be found that at this time,in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Xue Ji has begun to seek to clarify the hierarchical logic among various differentiation and treatment.This progress explores a new way for the standardization and modeling of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
