| Objective:To observe the changes of Aizhongxiao on patients of postoperative gastric cancer of qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in terms of short-term efficacy indicators including their clinical symptoms,PKS scores and chang of weight.And to evaluate the carutive effect of Aizhongxiao to offer new methods for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in gastric carcinona.Methods:64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and to be divided into treatment group and control group with every 32 patients by random number table method.The control group was treated with Weifuchun and the treatment group was treated with Aizhongxiao.Traditional symptoms of clinical efficacy,different level of life and the change of weight of treatment group and control group were compared and analyzed respectively.Results:(1)In terms of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than control group in reliving the symptoms of epigastralgia,abdominal distention after eating,nausea and vomiting and acid produced in stomach(P<0.05).In the signs of relieving abdominal tenderness and improving dark lip color and the tongue of blood stasis,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The both of treatment group and control group can improve the quality of life score,There was statistical difference before and after treatment in both group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The treatment group can stabilize or increase the body weight of patients,there was statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in weight gain in the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Aizhongxiao can effectively relieve the clinical symptom of qi-stagnation and blood stasis,stabilize or gain weight and improve the quality of life. |
