Clinical Observation Of Zhitongshunqi Decoction In Treating Hp Related CNAG Of Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Syndrome

Objective: Objective to investigate the clinical effect of zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori associated chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome.Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases,the observation group was treated with zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy,the control group using standard triple therapy.The two groups were observed before and after treatment of symptom score,TCM syndrome efficacy,gastroscope and pathological effect,total clinical efficacy,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,safety and long-term follow-up of 3 months.Results: 1 symptom scores:(1)group comparison: the two groups after treatment the total symptom score and symptom score were significantly lower than that before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).(2)between the two groups: the observation group after treatment the total symptom scores lower than the control group,the observation group was better than that of light group(P<0.05).In observation group,epigastric pain,epigastric pain,burning the three halitosis symptom score lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Comparison of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3 gastroscope and pathology curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4 clinical curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5 the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori: the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 86.67%,and the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was in the control group,and the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was the same as that in the control group(P>0.05).6 safety comparison: there were 1 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group,the control group had adverse reactions in the treatment group,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).7 f Follow up: the observation group after 3 months of follow-up,the symptom score was(3.73 + 3.23)points below and after treatment of symptom score,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the control group after 3 months of follow-up,the symptom score was(7.50 + 4.31)% higher than that after treatment the symptom score,there are statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group stable long-term effect,while the control group may recur.Conclusions: 1 zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori associated chronic non atrophic gastritis has good clinical efficacy,especially in relieving fullness in the stomach distention,nausea and vomiting,sticky stool symptoms.2 zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy can effectively reduce gastric mucosal inflammation in patients with Helicobacter pylori associated chronic atrophic gastritis.3 zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication rate is equivalent to standard triple therapy.4 zhitongshunqi decoction combined with standard triple therapy can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the safety is good,long-term curative effect is stable,it is worthy of further popularization and application.
