Quality Of Life Assessment In Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B Accepted The Treatment Of Nour Ishing Kidney And Eliminating Toxicity

Qualitiy of life belongs to medical psychology. It involves body healthy, self-care ability, cognitive function, mental healthy and social communication. Quality of life reflect the satisfaction of mental and material life. Cox said that the study of quality of life would be used in4medical parts. It is practical important to evaluate the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B. In today’s life, quality of life would be paid more attention than before.Part one Literature ResearchThe paper summarized the current situation of the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B, the usage of evaluation in patients in TCM. It also related to the orgin of Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity, and the relationship between this method and chronic hepatitis B.Part two clinical and experimental research1. Objective:The health-related quality of life in the introduction to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity the efficacy evaluation, in order to more comprehensive, objective and accurate method of evaluation Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity the clinical of hepatitis B patients.2. Methods:52patients who comply with a standard are collected. At the same time,20healthy persons were selected to be a control group. The patients were randomly divided into2groups treated by Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity or lamivudine. Each therapeutic courses was3months, the all processes were2therapeutic courses. Patients would be evaluated in3months and at the end of the treatment by SF-36and CLDQ scale.3. Results:1)There were29male and23female. There were20people in control group.2)Measured HBV-DNA and ALT of the two groups, we found that there was no difference before the treatments.3months later, the level of HBV-DNA and ALT decreased observably, P<0.05in Nucleotide Analogue groups. HBV-DNA and ALT of the Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity group also decreased.3)The effective rate of Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity group is80.7%, and the lamivudine group is84.6%. there was no statistical differences.4) After3months treatment, all scoring items in two groups raised. After6months treatment, BP, VT, RE and MH of Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity group raised obviously.5)After6months treatment, the scoring of two grouops raised significantly.6) In Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity group, the scoring of FA, EF, WO rasied significantly. In the lamivudine group the scoring of EF, WO raised.7)Econnomic income, course of disease, jaundice, tired, ALT and AST would affected the quality of patients’life.4. Conclusion:Econnomic income, course of disease, jaundice, tired, ALT and AST would decrease the quanlity of patients’life. Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity showed the sure prostective efficacy of treating the chronic hepatitis B. We suggested that the theropy of Nourishing Kidney and Eliminating Toxicity would play a positive role to the quality of life, and it showed the better ends than western medicine group.
